We are happy to welcome you as a patient at Wittman Family Chiropractic. Here's some first steps to take when wanting to become a New Patient with us!
Doctor Wittman accepts patients of any age from newborn - adult. She specializes in family, pediatric and special needs care.

We are in the office Mondays- Wednesdays and Fridays. We are out of office on Thursdays and the weekends.

Fill out New Patient paper work from website or get to the office 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork prior to New Patient Exam.

Chose a payment method. We offer Self-Pay rates or will take a copy of insurance card to be billed.

Show up to appointment! We are located at the Richland Crossing Building at 2072 North CR 700 West, Richland, IN 47634.
